Alan has over 30 years of real estate experience, including those in corporate banking and private industry. He has an undergraduate degree in economics and has taken many specialized courses in finance, real estate and marketing. Alan has particular expertise in property valuation. He a member of CIBS and is President of the Long Island Commercial Network (LICN) and is Treasurer of the Metro Chapter of New York State Commercial Association of Realtors (NYSCAR). He is Chairman of the Joint Audit Committee for LIBOR and MLS and is a member of their Budget Committee. He was named as Commercial Realtor of the Year for LICN, the Commercial Division of the Long Island Board of Realtors (LIBOR).
