| 1) Members shall have use and access to the LICN website for search and promotion of their properties. | 1) Sponsors are welcome to attend all networking meetings. |
| 2) Members shall be eligible to attend any social functions sponsored by the LICN. | 2) Sponsors are invited to attend and display at our cocktail events and may have up to 2 (two) representatives, for no additional charge. |
| 3) Members shall be eligible to be reimbursed up to $50.00 annually for proof of completion of approved Commercial Continuing Education courses. | 3) Sponsors shall receive recognition and representation on the LICN website. |
| 4) Members shall have the right to vote in General membership Elections. | 4) Sponsors can contribute to the LICN newsletter in the "Sponsors Corner" columns. |
| 5) Sponsors, Member and Affiliates are encouraged to bring their own guests, promote New Memberships and Encourage new Sponsorships. | |
| 6) Expense reimbursements must be submitted within 60 days or outlay. | |
